In the video, Chontel can be seen leading a HIIT session with her trainer – who sees her working both her upper and lower body before giving birth.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Chontel said: ‘Everything I do is supervised and approved by my obstetrician; it is tiny compared to what my body is used to’.

This is also not the first time that the fitness enthusiast continues to train until birth.

When she had Jeremiah last year, Chontel also shared clips of herself training until about two weeks before giving birth.
