FL Star continues Cape Coral expansion with new Maravilla model

FL Star is building a new Maravilla designer home as the company continues to expand into the Cape Coral market.

“The design is a contemporary split floor plan, with an open, seamless living space,” said FL Star spokesperson Gary Hains. “It’s a versatile design that fits the lifestyle of families, empty nests, or professionals.”

The Maravilla offers three bedrooms plus an office and two bathrooms on 1,915 air-conditioned square feet. With a two-car garage, covered lanai, and covered entry, the home has a total of 2,656 square feet under the roof.

Two guest bedrooms open onto a private hallway near the front of the house and share access to a full bathroom. The master suite is located on the other side of the house. The master suite includes two dressing rooms and a private bathroom with double sinks, large walk-in shower and private WC. The Den is conveniently located next to the Great Hall.

The price of the Maravilla is $400,000. For more information, contact Jim Borden, FL Star Sales Professional, at 239.451.8153, email [email protected]
