How did you start weight training?

I was at 10th standard when I started working out; I got serious when I saw the fitness model – Lazar. It was then that it occurred to me that I wanted to become the first Sikh fitness model. I have been training for eight years now.

Do you do sports? If so, which sport?

Yes, of course, I play sports. I love to play soccer and volleyball and think this is the best cardio and endurance workout.

Are you on a strict diet?

Of course yes, it must! Strength training is no joke. It takes discipline. But yeah, once every ten days I forget the rules and have a cheat meal. After all, I am a Punjabi. (Smiles)

Where does your motivation come from?

It’s more of an intrinsic motivation for me because I believe that in the end, it’s me against me. I believe in becoming better than what I was yesterday.
